Proof of conformity
Document that supports compliance with the origin labeling of products, whether imported or domestically manufactured. This document allows you to verify the product’s compliance with the applicable Official Mexican Standard (NOM). Its validity lies in the applicant’s ability to demonstrate to the corresponding authorities (PROFECO, DGN, CUSTOMS, COFEPRIS) adherence to the specific NOM.
Compliance opinion
Document that exclusively supports compliance with the lot, shipping order or cargo number indicated in the import order and invoice. Its purpose is to expedite the release of goods and their transfer to the address indicated in the application, facilitating the corresponding labeling process.
